NEST ESCAPE – Escape Room Venue Hybešova 29

I. Introductory Provisions

  1. The operator is Ing. Tomáš Strmiska, registered at Stamicova 12, 623 00 Brno.
  2. The designated premises at Hybešova 29, 602 00 Brno-střed are intended for entertainment activities for the general public of all age groups, particularly escape room games (hereinafter referred to as the “Premises”). The Premises consist of a reception area, a preparation room, and game rooms.
  3. A visitor is any person entering the Premises for gaming, club, or cultural purposes.
  4. For the protection of health and property, the Premises are monitored by a camera system with recording, which is stored for a necessary period for security reasons. By entering the Premises, the visitor consents to being monitored.

II. Operation and Management of Escape Rooms

  1. The operator is responsible for the operation of the Premises (tel. +420 730 521 639).
  2. Game appointments can be arranged by phone, email (nestescape@gmail.com), via the website, or in person.
  3. Visitors must follow the Rules, safety instructions, and staff directions.
  4. Fees are collected by the operator or an authorized person.
  5. The Premises are open only by prior arrangement.

III. Safety and Property Protection

  1. Each visitor must behave considerately, maintain order, and follow staff instructions.
  2. Visitors are liable for any damage they cause.
  3. The operator is not responsible for unattended belongings.
  4. Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed unless agreed otherwise.
  5. Entry is at your own risk.
  6. Children and persons with limited legal capacity must be supervised by a guardian.
  7. It is forbidden to smoke, use open flames, or enter with animals without a leash/muzzle.
  8. Any injury must be reported to the staff.
  9. The following are prohibited in the Premises:
    • Entering in inappropriate footwear
    • Handling sharp objects
    • Entering outside of operating hours
    • Moving equipment
    • Consuming food/drinks or discarding chewing gum
    • Entering under the influence of alcohol
    • Manipulating with lighting/electrical systems

IV. Fire Safety

  1. Escape routes are marked.
  2. Evacuation is possible back to the reception or the same route the players entered.
  3. Safety features are marked and explained before the game.

V. Final Provisions

  1. Visitors violating the rules may be expelled and reported to authorities.
  2. Visitors must familiarize themselves with the rules before the game.

Complaint Policy

I. Introductory Provisions

  1. This policy sets the procedure for claiming defects in escape room services.
  2. Operator: Tomáš Strmiska, Company ID 07418841.
  3. This policy is based on Czech law.
  4. The policy is publicly accessible and accepted by the customer upon booking.

II. Definitions

  1. Customer = natural/legal person using the service.
  2. Complaint = notification of a service defect.
  3. Defect = failure to meet agreed scope/quality/performance of the service.

III. Operator’s Responsibility

  1. The service must be provided with quality and safety.
  2. The operator is not responsible for experiences disrupted by the customer.

IV. Making a Complaint

  1. Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours after the game.
  2. They can be submitted in person, in writing, or via email.
  3. The complaint must include:
    • Name, contact details
    • Date, time, and name of the game
    • Description of the defect and desired resolution
    • Any relevant evidence

V. Time Limits and Resolution

  1. A decision will be made within 3 business days (maximum 10).
  2. Resolution will be provided within 30 calendar days at the latest.
  3. Possible resolutions:
    • Refund
    • Discount
    • Replacement game / correction

VI. Reasons for Complaint Rejection

  1. Defect caused by the customer.
  2. Complaint submitted after the deadline.
  3. Subjective dissatisfaction without a service defect.

VII. Out-of-Court Settlement

VIII. Final Provisions

  1. Unregulated matters are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
