  1. The controller processes personal data that you have provided to them or personal data that the controller has obtained based on the fulfillment of your order.

  1. The legal reason for processing personal data is

  • performance of the contract between you and the controller pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR,

  • the legitimate interest of the controller in providing direct marketing (especially for sending commercial messages and newsletters) pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR,

  • your consent to processing for the purpose of providing direct marketing (especially for sending commercial messages and newsletters) pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, if there has been no order of goods or services.

  1. The purpose of processing personal data is

  • to process your order and exercise rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; when placing an order, personal data necessary for successful order fulfillment (name and address, contact) are required, providing personal data is a necessary requirement for concluding and fulfilling the contract; without providing personal data, it is not possible to conclude the contract or for the controller to fulfill it,

  • sending commercial messages and conducting other marketing activities.

  1. The controller does not carry out automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

Data Retention Period

  1. The controller retains personal data

  • for the period necessary to exercise rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and to assert claims from such contractual relationships (for 15 years after the end of the contractual relationship).

  • until consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is withdrawn, but no longer than 5 years if personal data are processed on the basis of consent.

  1. After the expiration of the retention period, the controller deletes the personal data.

  • providing e-shop operation services and other services related to operating the e-shop,

  • providing marketing services.

  • the right to object to processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR and

  • the right to data portability pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR.

  • the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the address or email of the controller listed in Art. III of these terms.

  1. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated.

  1. The controller declares that they have taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.

  2. The controller has taken technical measures to secure data repositories and personal data storage in paper form.

  3. The controller declares that only authorized persons have access to personal data.

  1. By submitting an order from the online order form, you confirm that you are familiar with the privacy policy and that you accept it in full.
